The short man's formula for superficial vanity

Dear Blog Diary,

This is going to be difficult to read but I cannot guarantee that you’re going to come out of this all the better, so this is on you. Enjoy!

***Please note that obviously this is based on generalizations. There will always be outliers in any scenario.

First and foremost we need to preface this with one very key factor:

Women are absolutely the selectors of dating/mating. You’re going to have the rare adonis that walks into the room but as I’m sure you’ve experienced, you’re the dog chasing cars here.

Height Dating Formula

Let’s just use me as an example. I’m 5’8” if I stand up really tall which I never do. The tallest woman that I can date without stipulations would be 5’5”. This would mean that we are the same height when she is wearing her standard three inch heels.

Now, let’s go off of the same woman who is 5’5” and say that I am now 5’7”. For me to date this same woman, I would need to make $10K more per year than the national average salary of males who are 5’8”.

5’6” - $20K and I would need to have a six pack

5’5” - $30K and I would need to have an eight pack

Sir, if you shorter than the woman that you are dating…you have powers and we just hope that you’re using them for good.

Now let’s look at the inverse. Going off of the same woman who is 5’5” and I am now 5’9”, I am allotted one character trait of pure douchebaggery that she will either not notice or if she does, she will not care at all. This phenomenon works on a linear relationship with one trait per inch taller until you’re one foot taller than her. Women then almost instinctively know that you’re one foot taller than her and you’ve got the confidence of a pea and are overcompensating for something.

Again, generally speaking I’m just going to quote the late and great Tupac Shakur and say “that’s just the way it is.”
